A care circle, not a group chat
Invite family and friends as organizer, helper or viewer. Everyone sees the same record, and you decide who can change it.
For families
One record everyone helping can see, so the same question isn't answered four times and nothing falls through on the day you can't be there.
Invite family and friends as organizer, helper or viewer. Everyone sees the same record, and you decide who can change it.
Schedules for each medicine, what is due today, and a dose logged as given, skipped or refused. Entries are kept, never rewritten.
Appointments and to-dos in one place. Assign them to a person, and anything overdue is surfaced instead of buried.
Updates the whole circle can read, marked for urgency, with @mentions to pull someone in and pins for the things that must not scroll away.
Recorded with severity and shown at the top of the record, so nobody has to remember to look.
Both parents, or a parent and a spouse, from one account — each with their own circle.
For home care agencies
Built for the visit as it actually happens: a caregiver in a basement with no bars, a checklist that must match the plan, and a record that has to stand up afterwards.

The console Today view. Demo agency, synthetic clients and caregivers.
Client and caregiver rosters, and a live Today view: who is on shift, who is late clocking in, and what needs someone right now.
Recurring shifts, open shifts caregivers claim, conflict detection that refuses a double-booking, and every time shown in the client's local time.
Publish a plan and it freezes. A visit always matches the plan the caregiver actually saw, even if an Office admin publishes a new version mid-visit.
Clock in and out with GPS, work the care plan checklist, flag an incident, capture a signature. It all syncs when service comes back.
All six Cures Act elements recorded on every visit: service, recipient, caregiver, date, location, and start and end times.
Nothing reaches a family until someone at the agency releases it. Visit summaries can release automatically on close, or hold for review.
Your logo and colours on the family side, at no extra cost. Families get updates without calling the office.

For home care agencies and group homes. Every conversation starts with a demo on your own schedule.
Three things you can count on, built into how MyCareLoom works.
Once a visit note, journal entry or dose is recorded, it stays as written. Corrections are added alongside with a name and a time, and every change to a care record is logged. So you can always trust what you're reading.
Care is personal, and so is the record of it. Only the people meant to be there can see it: the family circle, and the team caring for your loved ones. Everything else stays private, and every look is remembered.
Medications, appointments, notes and updates live in one place for everyone involved in someone's care. No chasing texts, no outdated whiteboards, no calling around to find out what happened today.

Olivier Dagbovie
Founder & CEO of MyCareLoom
“The hardest part of care often begins after discharge, because healing does not end at the hospital door.”
A few years ago, my life changed overnight. What started as a simple headache became an ICU stay and a diagnosis no family is ever prepared for: a brain bleed. Yet, the most difficult part was not the hospital, but it was coming home.
Suddenly, life became a full-time job of medications, appointments, specialists, paperwork, insurance calls, and trying to keep my family emotionally afloat through it all. Despite years of nursing experience, navigating the healthcare system for my own family felt overwhelming, and I kept wondering: "How do families without medical experience get through this?"
This question stayed with me long after the crisis passed. Thus, I started building MyCareLoom, which is an app designed to help families feel organized, supported, and less alone while navigating healthcare challenges. A place where everything important can live together, so families can spend less time managing chaos and more time focusing on healing. There should no longer be a need for families to figure this out on their own.
I created this app to support caregivers and families every step of the way, so you can spend less time overwhelmed by the healthcare system and more time caring for the people you love.
